Pad Plug and Double Plugs Manufacturing
Our one-piece plastic pad plugs are used by converters of special film, foil and laminate material to suspend one roll in a carton. In some instances, the cartons perform as an individual cutter and dispensing box.

EMC 3" and 6" plugs are used to interlock converted-sized rolls in a unitized package. Die-cut corrugated or paper sheets (between layers of rolls) position the double plugs for quick assembly. Securing multiple rolls as a single palletized unit eliminates individual wrapping and improves product protection.
